The primary mission is to encourage the passion of photography among students. The cell already organized a two- day workshop to impart training of basic photography to the students interested in photography. It also organized a photography exhibition and contest. It is an unique programme launched by our college. The RGC of the college provides financial assistance to the college teachers to conduct minor (one year tenure) research projects with participation of small group f motivated students.

Competence Building Cell

The Students’ Union of the college (a statutory body), whose Executive Committee Members and Office-Bearers are democratically elected every year, is intended to foster corporate life in the college and to assist the Principal in arranging varios college programmes. Various activities of Vivekananda College Students’ Union are: Organized Annual Sports and Inter-Class Tournaments (Football, Cricket, Table tennis, Chess) & colourful prize distribution ceremony along with Cultural Programme.
