A student may take up anyone subject as an Honours Subject with two other Elective (General) subjects as grouped below.

Physics Chemistry Mathematics Economics	Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics Physics, Chemistry or Statistics Mathematics, Political Science or Statistics.

N.B. - (a) A student will not be allowed to take up any of these subjects except Economics and Political Science, as Honours or General Subjects unless he/she has passed the H. S. or equivalent Examination in that subject as per C. U. Rules.
b) A candidate may be allowed Honours in Economics provided he/she has passed Mathematics at the previous Qualifying Examination as per C. U. Rules.
